To provide services such as counseling and education to at-risk children.
To encourage the development of healthy productive lives.
To educate in the prevention of child abuse.
 
Every child has the right to be nurtured by a loving family, supported by a caring community and to be brought up in the world knowing love, security with the ability
to realize their dreams.
